Are you new to Caden? If you're looking to monetize your data and earn cash rewards, we've got you covered! In this article, we'll walk you through the essential steps to start your journey with Caden. Let's dive in!
1. Download the Caden App
Head over to the iOS App Store and search for Caden. Download the app to your mobile device. Once you have the app, create an account on Caden to kickstart your data monetization journey.
2. Create a Vault
To begin earning points and redeeming them for cash, you must create a Vault. Your Vault serves as a secure repository for the data collected from your apps and services, with your consent. You have complete control over the personal and identifiable information you choose to store in the Vault. During the Vault creation process, a Private Key will be generated. It's basically a lengthy code required to access your Vault. When you get a new device, you'll need this code to access your Vault for the first time, so we strongly recommend taking a screenshot of your code and storing it in a safe place. You'll be prompted to create a 4-digit PIN, providing a convenient alternative to using your Private Key every time.
3. Complete your meGraph
Next, you should complete your meGraph. You’ll be asked to provide basic demographic information, such as your location, ethnicity, relationship status, and occupation. Stay tuned for additional graphs related to fitness, entertainment, and spending habits and preferences, which will be released soon.
4. Link your accounts
Now that you have the basics covered, it's time to start earning from your data! Open the Caden app and navigate to the Connections tab. Link your accounts from popular platforms like Amazon, Airbnb, Netflix, Uber, and your spending accounts (credit and debit cards). The more connections you make, the more points you'll earn!
5. Redeem points for cash
To redeem your points for cash, you'll need to accumulate at least 40,000 points. Link your bank account to your Caden account to enable direct cash deposits. You’ll be prompted to do this when you hit “Redeem Points” in your Wallet in the app. This verification step ensures that your money goes to the right place. Once your bank account is linked, you can cash out whenever you like!
